Our designs for freestanding cupboards are at the heart of the Unfitted idea. We want kitchens to feel like a furnished room, a homely interior built up over time. We celebrate the functions of each kitchen piece. The Ambient dresser is sociable. It is here partly for music (you can hide boom speakers behind the shields). It provides ‘candlelight’ through its LED Corian shelves and can be used to display children’s artworks, heirlooms, favourite bits of crockery, photographs and then fresh food in bowls. The dual curved pantry makes corners exciting and useful but also leaves welcome space where the wall junctions meet.
Our studio is based in West Sussex and the furniture can be seen by request. We are also appointing kitchen studios and craft galleries to sell our unfitted kitchens across the UK, Ireland and Northern Ireland, USA, Australia, Switzerland and Japan.
